I haven't had a lot of experience with appliance repair companies as I've only been a home owner for four years. So I didn’t know what to expect when my aunt was referred to Miami Appliance Repair by a very close friend of hers. I figured it was a nightmare, but was wrong. Because I was on break from school and my aunt had to work, she asked me to wait at her house for the technician to come repair her broken refrigerator. They showed up on time and spent about one hour fixing the refrigerator. When they finished their work they showed me exactly what they did, provided me with the old stuff that they replaced and explained exactly why it was faulty. The technicians from Miami Appliance Repair are extremely professional, polite, and respectful and do GREAT work. They have done work for me since then. I have never been disappointed with their work.

I was getting tired and frustrated flipping through the yellow pages to find someone who wouldn’t rip me off because my oven wasn’t heating properly. Luckily I had a friend who had referred me to Miami Appliance Repair. She got the name from a referral from her friend that certainly is how good business spreads around!

I called them at 8.30 a.m. and they told me that the technician would be at my house the same day between 2-4 p.m. The technician call me 15 minutes before he showed up as I requested and went straight to diagnosing the problem.

Even though it was built in, he had to take out the oven because he needed to access it from the back. I was scared when he told me that he had to take out my built-in oven because the house was built in the 1940s, but when he was done it looked like it had never been removed. He was here for an hour and a half and only charged me $150! He was extremely honest and told me like it was without any fluff. He's not in it to gain extra money by doing things that are not necessary. I will use him from now on and refer him to anyone needing oven or any kitchen appliance repair needs for a reasonable price!

Miami Appliance Repair is the best appliance repair company we've ever hired. They are unfailingly honest, conscientious, thorough, clean, and really nice to our dog. We've had problems with our Kenmore refrigerator. The freezer part was working but the refrigerator was warm and I had to throw the food out several times. It was getting really frustrating because I didn’t know what was going on. Anyway, the Miami Appliance Repair technician who came over was an experienced, professional, and respectful, had a friendly attitude, and provided satisfactory service. He fixed my refrigerator the same day and since then the refrigerator has been working perfect.

I had a nasty leak under my Maytag dishwasher, so I called Miami Appliance Repair based on their reviews. I was a bit miffed that they wouldn't give me an estimate over the phone but had them come over anyway. Miami Appliance Repair made an appointment for 2:30 pm (I called them at 8 a.m. the same day) and they arrived early. The technician was very nice and quoted me a very reasonable price once he inspected it and determined what the problem was with my dishwasher problem. He fixed everything, stayed to see if the leak reoccurred, and left everything spic and span. Good job all around. If and when I have more appliance issues, I'm definitely giving them a call.

The word "detailed" best describes Miami Appliance Repair. They repaired my stackable Whirlpool washer/dryer, which is not exactly an easy job. The technician was very professional with a lot of experience. It took him a few hours and he was very detailed on the following:

1. He completely explained the nature of the problem with my washer. He was very straightforward and let me know why this happened, what it will take the washer to get fixed and what my other options are.
2. He did not make a mess as he replaced the washer transmission. He even put a big canvas on the floor to prevent any damage.
3. He stayed another 20 minutes after he finished to test out the washer, to ensure that the washer was not leaking and was spinning properly.

The technician worked hard for his money and the price is very reasonable. I am a very picky person, but Miami Appliance Repair did a wonderful job. I am glad I called Miami Appliance Repair; it was the right choice.
